About My Section and the Site in general. Plus Update Info.

My name is Alan Gottschald and these are my pages. Here you will find some of my interests, my work and something about me.

CV - Resume: contains a summary version of my current work experience.

Computer Talk: I hope to include, maybe some comments on systems I've used, things I've found during my work and maybe something that will help others.

Food. I like eating good food and I also like creating it. As I cannot just go out and buy many of the things I miss from England I also make many of those, like Fish & Chips, Pork Pies and other fine foods. I've not yet started brewing but if I do I'll let you know how I go.

Photo Gallery: shows some examples of my photography. I always have an idea in mind, a theme or something may strike me as having a kind of special character, when creating my pictures. Added a new section to the Photo Gallery "The Village".

I've added a section on photo resturation. It could be any picture not just photographs, provided the restored picture is for either electronic display or printing.

Wireless: I can't remember how long back but for a long time I've had an interest in radio, here I hope to show some of the things I found interesting.

This is section is under construction and will probably be under constant revision. So keep dropping in.

A new section has been added and that is on Jenean. Jenean wrote the words and I designed her page. She tells me she is working on some more to add to it.

I made some major changes to the technical structure of the site which are not apparent to the casual user but will allow me to give access to each member of the family to their own pages so they can make their own changes if they wish.

I've been asked for more recipes, especially strange British food, for the Americans. I do intend adding some more recipes soon but haven't had the time to do the research yet. You wouldn't want me to give you anything but the most authentic dishes would you...

I've been asked about "Bubble and Squeek", "Fried Bread" and a few others. I will include these but others as well.
