Rich was always there when needed, whether is was the family, friends or strangers he was willing to help. For many years he fixed whatever was broken around the home, cars, water pipes or pump. He was a jack of all trades, mainly because he had to be.

He kept the home in a liveable condition and although he was quiet he kept everyone safe.

There was a time when he heard on the radio that there was a fire at BJ's and although the weather was bad and he hadn't had any sleep he raced over there to make sure that Jenean (his sister) was safe.

Rich had many friends and was liked by everyone that knew him. He was held in high regard by his employers, he would always be willing to work that little bit harder to complete a job, something which is rare.

We all miss him and wish he was still here. In a sense he still is.

In front of the camera was never Rich's favourite place. When ever a camera was out so was he, even at his own birthday party.

We have so few pictures of him, these are nearly all we have. Of course we are looking for more.

He didn't avoid cameras altogether but he preferred to be behind the lens and has taken many pictures of friends family and places he liked.
