Fred A. Spencer, died on April 16, 1974. He worked at Link from 1936 to 1956, retired after 20 years of service as Secretary/Treasurer.
Then became a partner in the Walter R. Miller, Co., Also worked for the City of Binghamton Social Services Department and for E.B. Gale wholesale meats.
