We are a medium-sized consulting firm founded in 1988. Engineering, Architecture and Surveying are the three divisions of technical expertise in which our licensed professionals practice. Our services are usually concerned with building projects in some way:

  • Design of new buildings
  • Reuse of old buildings
  • Subdivision of land - often for residential buildings
  • Surveying of property
  • Structural analysis
  • Building Code analysis
  • Site planning
From our office in Gloversville, our eleven person firm can efficiently serve the Fulton and Montgomery County district plus additional areas that are within about one hour driving distance. This region includes Speculator and Piseco Lake on the north, Albany, Saratoga and close to the Vermont border on the east, Utica on the west and Schoharie County on the south.

Business growth is one measure of success and we are proud to note that our business doubles just about every five years. Beginning in a small community where word-of-mouth referrals are paramount, we take this to be a substantial complement. As our clients continue to multiply, the size and complexity of our projects increases and our service area expands, we expect to give the same sort of service that has fueled our success from the start.
