BASIC MOVEMENTS
1. This kick can be done from any stance.
2. The kicking leg is raised so that the knee is slightly higher than the target.
3. The support leg is bent for stability.
4. The kicking foot is locked back at the ankle with the toes curled backward.
5. There are two types of fronk kick: snap and thrust.
6. The snap kick strikes with the ball of the foot. The thrust kick strikes with the heal.

3. The knee of the kicking leg is raised up as with the front kick.
4. The hips snap into the kick.
5. The kicking leg snaps out into the target and returns midway before being place.
6. The upper body leans in the other direction to counterbalance the kicks force.
7. There are two types of side kick: snap and thrust.
8. The snap kick strikes with the edge of the foot. The thrust kick strikes with the heel.
